Hi all, back again, I am like buses, you wait ages for one then you get two close to each other. So, the other day I put out a blog talking about the Ultimate Editions in 2024, more specifically, the top 3 I am looking forward too, check that one out HERE Today, after we have had more reveals from the WWE Elite Squad of figures coming up soon. We didn't really see anything we haven't seen before on the video, you can watch it HERE if you haven't yet. Sam Roberts was joined by Johnny Gargano (who once complemented me on having a nice shirt, OK, it was one of his back in 2012/13) and the 'Total Package' Lex Luger. The video began with the trio talking about  the upcoming Monday Night  Wars Wave 1 set, this will be a set that features 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin which it looks like it's based on his Defining Moments figure from back in the day. Below you can see both the new one and that one side by side.  Left: Monday Night Wars - Right: Defining Moments ...

I got the idea for this one from good brother Steve over at the facebook page he runs - Wrestling Toys Gaming United , if you're on FB join the group, loads of good people on there. First off, I am surprised we haven't had a pre order go up for the next Coliseum Collection figures yet which are George 'T...

Hi all, welcome back, it's been a while. For those who have been following me for a while, you will know the Legends line is my favourite line. By the time I started to collect Mattel figures, the Legends series has ended. Some time back I did a blog or two talking about the Legends line, if you use the search function you may be able to find them. So, as we know, after the original run of Legends figures came to an end and the Matty Collector ones had been released as online exclusives there was quite a number of years before Mattel brought the life back to life. The first series upon their return was series 7, this is the image you can see above, but, Sting’s deal with the WWE expired and this was not released, time will tell if it will be in the future. Not all Legends figures have been hits, some have been questionable and, although outfits have changed, we have had the same characters appear more than once and Mattel release a chase figure of one in each line too. I will now l...

Hello all, we are on the eve of the 2023 SDCC where we expect to see plenty of reveals of new WWE figures that will be released by Mattel in the future months. We have had a leak of sorts already as there has been a reveal of another Amazon exclusive 2-pack that will arrive around February time. It has been a long time coming from Mattel as it's a set based on the first ever PPV ladder match which took place at Wrestle Mania X in 1994. We have had a set like this in the past from JAKKS but this will be the first time since Mattel took the WWE licence to produce action figures. We have had the Michaels previously, albeit slightly different as far as the sunglasses go and this one with have the updated pinless elbows. I have that one in my collection but I am guessing there maybe a few that do not so this will be a great chance to pick this figure up. For me though, after all the Razor Ramon's we've had, to finally get this one, is great. However, when you look at it, and it...

It has been rumoured for a few weeks and some images actually leaked online but today, Mattel Creations confirmed that in fact the SDCC exclusive would be Ali based on his look when he was the ringside enforcer/referee at Wrestle Mania I and also in the package there is an Ali in his boxing gear. It will be available to pick up in person at SDCC which starts on July 20th for a few days, I think us that won't be in attendance can order them from Mattel Creations on July 21st. I am not blown away but of course will order them because they are Ultimate Edition figures, if for whatever reason they'd have been Elites I'd have waited to see if I could pick them up down the line. Elsewhere, many have received their Mattel Creations Cody Rhodes Ultimate Edition, including myself, there are some that still haven't and there are some that ordered that and the Logan Paul Ultimate Edition and received the latter and not the former. myself, as stated, I have my Cody Rhodes but not m...

Hi all, it's been a while, I hope you are all well, I personally am not, had a bout of sciatica and I am still off work with it after about 3 weeks. So, it's that time of year, Wrestle Mania is around the corner and that means new figure reveals at the Axxess type events across the pond. As of writing this, I don't think they are finished as there are figures we are yet to see that I thought we would, I'll probably talk more about that later. Before I get onto the WM reveals I want to talk about the latest Mattel Creations crowd funder. So, anyone reading this will know that it is a WCW Nitro stage, with LED lights, the lot. It comes with a figure, then if 5k have backed it before a certain date then there will be another figure. After that, there is an option for another 3 figures, 7k, 9k and 11k will see those being unlocked. Now, the price in USD is $400 plus taxes and shipping. For us in the UK in GBP it was originally up for £470 with shipping at £9. So, there ar...

No top 10 list today, I mentioned on a blog a few weeks ago there was a rumour that some figures that haven't been in retail in the past will soon be appearing, these being Ultimate Editions and Legends figures. Not sure if the upcoming UE's of Razor Ramon & AJ Styles will hit UK retailers but I am told the Legends set with the Headshrinkers/SST, Paul E. Dangerously & Hogan will be hitting UK retail and if so, will it be all of them and the reason I say that is because anyone reading this from the UK will know, the main retailer here in the UK for wrestling figures is Smyths and they have a habit of not releasing full waves of figures. Elite 100 has just recently been released and they haven't had all the figures from that wave and it was after trying to track down a figure from the 2023 Royal Rumble set that made me want to write this blog.  There are 4 figures in the set and all have BAF parts, more on that shortly, however, not just Smyths but one of the figures ...
