Top 5 Hulk Hogan Legends Figures


I got the idea for this list as, like some of you may know, I have a separate Hogan Elite collection featuring ones with custom shirts, away from the figures I have displayed and I had boxed up my Legends collection (series 7 onwards) so I was able to display the Hogan Legends figures with my Hogan display but then I decided to put my Legends figures back on display so I had to take the Legends Hogan's from the Hogan display back to the Legends display so now I have to try and get the 5 Legends figures to put back in the Hogan Elite collection.

So I thought I'd do a quick list of, in my opinion, the top 5

5. Legends 24 


Not a bad figure, based on his look from Wrestle Mania VIII, first time we got the shirt and bandana I think and the face scan for that matter and that's why I have it last in the list, not a brilliant scan, not the worst Hogan one, not by a million miles but, just not my favourite one overall even though some of the other ones in this list are a bit ropey.

4. Legends 22


This one was also the chase and was a deep cut from the early 80's of Hogan's time in the WWF and over in NJPW, I like the figure and the fact we have it but I just think there are some others that are better.

3. Legends 18


Was glad we finally got a WCW red/yellow Hogan, scan looks a bit cartoonish but overall, its a decent figure.

2. Legends 21

A Hogan very early in his career and a better head scan than the Legends 22 one, it's a really nice figure, with a great cape.

1. Legends 23


Again, a deep cut but an outstanding one from the 80's, it stands a good chance this could be everyone's favourite Hogan Elite figure, you'd have to let me know of course.

Rating the Monday Night Wars figures so far

Good brother Geordie posted on the Wrestling Figures UK page (a great page along with Wrestling Toys Gaming United) for figure collectors to network, you can find them on facebook, that with 10 series of the   Monday Night   Wars figures now out and have been available in Smyths, in store or online so far, well, none of us (unless you have it sent from the US) have the Eric Bischoff from the latest series as it's delayed until towards the end of this month.  Anyway, the questions Geordie asked on his post, what is your favourite figure so far, what is your worst figure and who's winning the war based on the figures released, WWE or WCW? Wrestle Mania Weekend Figure Reveals

So the time has come, we have had the first reveals from Wrestle Mania weekend in Las Vegas. I won't cover everything because there was a lot, hopefully more to come, so, where do we start, oh I know......The Coliseum Collection. We all had seen the blurry images from the video featuring Steve Ozer a couple of weeks ago where it looked like there were two UE boxes with images that looked like Ax & Smash and that was the case as they were revealed official at WWE World on Thursday. Now, we're glad Demolition, or Bill Eadie & Barry Darsow, have Legends deals and we can get figures, I picked up the recent Elites even though I had the original ones and people were excited to get Ultimate Editions so here we are.
