Wrestling Trader: Sad To See You Go

Yesterday as of writing this was a sad day in the UK figure collecting world, one of the best independent wrestling figure traders, Wrestling Trader, announced he was ceasing trading as of 19/3. I am not 100% sure as to why this decision has been made, family issues could be a reason but that's none of our business. I just wanted to write a little bit to say how much Michael will be missed in the figure community.

There are a handful of independent figure traders here in the UK who sell figures and other merchandise as a full-time job and I know no different, but I think it was a full-time job for Michael. The reason this hits home for me is because I have dealt a lot with Michael since I started collecting Mattel figures and he has always been fair, will always help out where he can despite having a business to run, he'll go the extra mile for you.

I hope the reasons he had had to quit are not too serious and all is well, I hope whatever he does going forward he is successful.

If you're reading this Michael, thanks for everything, stay safe and all the best.

  1. Since this was written, Wrestling Trader has resurfaced, the name that is. Michael passed on the name and stock and is now a flourishing business once again so please, check them out and give them your business.
